  1. Are there any the monthly minimum for any of the calling plans?
    No

  2. Will I get a monthly statement?
    Yes. If you sign up to our Home2Home calling, you will get a monthly statement which will show your call reports and detail information.  If you sign up for our Ez2Call Plan, you will get a statement if you make a request by calling our customer service center.  In addition, you can simply log onto our website and view your call report at any time.

  3. Are there benefits in switching my long distance service to G2G Telecom?
    Yes. Customers can enjoy the benefit of receiving low discounted rates with the ease of 1+ dialing.

  4. Do I have to switch providers to use the G2G Telecom service?
    No, you can take advantage of our 1-800 numbers without switching your service provider.

  5. What is the Agent Code used for?
    The Agent Code simply allows us to track which Authorized Agent referred you to G2G Telecom. The Agent Code will not switch your long distance or have any effect on any of your other phone services.

  6. When do I have to give you my Agent Code?
    When you sign up for the first time and if you have an agent code, please let our customer service representative know.

  7. Am I charged for calls that do not connect or for busy signals?
    No, you are only charged if your call connects to the number you are calling.

  8. Do your calling plans have monthly fees from G2G Telecom?
    No

  9. Do your calling plans have a minimum per call?
    No

  10. Can I use your 1-800 to make International calls?
    Yes. Simply dial the 1-800 number you wish to use, then 011 + country code + city code + the number.

  11. What if I forget to dial the 1-800 number. Will I still receive G2G Telecom rates?
    No. That is another advantage of switching your service to G2G Telecom. Anytime you or someone else used your phone there would be no need for someone to remember to dial a 1-800 number first. You would simply pick up the phone and dial as usual and you would always receive our great low rates.

  12. Are membership cards available?
    Yes. Once you switch to G2G Telecom, a membership card will be made available to you free of charge.  The Membership Card will allow you to register additional phone numbers to your account so you can make call to anywhere in the world.

  13. Do your low rates only apply for certain times or days of the week?
    No. With all of our calling plans you will receive our low rates any time of the day, any day of the week!

  14. What is the billing procedure?
    Domestic and International calls are billed with a 1 minute increment.

  16. Can a business use the 1-800 numbers or switch long distance?
    Yes, you may use our 1-800 number or switch long distance.

  17. Can I become an Authorized Agent?
    Yes! Select the "Business Partnership Program" link on the top menu for information on how you can become a business partner and earn income. You can sign-up immediately.

  18. How do I place an international call?
    To make an international call: 011 + country code + city code + local number

  19. Do I have to sign a contract?
    No, you may discontinue service any time because there is no contract. 

  20. Does G2G Telecom offer calling cards?
    Yes. Calling cards are available through our authorized agent or simply by calling 1-800-930-6099.

  21. Can I use my calling card to make international calls? What are the rates?
    Yes. Our G2G Telecom calling card calls have the same rates as our Home2Home or Ez2Call plans

  22. Can I use my calling card to make calls from a foreign country to the US?
    No. Currently your calling card can only be used for calls originating from within the US. 

  23. Will I be billed by my local phone company for my long distance calls?
    No. You will receive a separate bill from G2G Telecom for your long distance calls. 

  24. Who do I contact if I have a question concerning my long distance service?
    You can call our customer service at 800-930-6099 for any questions concerning your long distance service.   

  25. What if I want to change or add additional numbers to my existing account?
    You can simply sign into our website, visit you local authorized agent or simply call customer service at 800-930-6099.

  26. Will I be charged for switching my long distance service to G2G Telecom?
    No. G2G Telecom will pay for the cost of switching.  If you are billed my your local phone company, G2G Telecom will reimbursed you for the fee charged by your local phone company.  The credit will appear on your bill from G2G.

  27. What are the payment option?
    You may choose to prepay or post pay.  With post pay, you may choose to have automatic postpay or manual postpay (or bill me).  If you select automatic postpay, your credit card or bank account will be debited for the amount of usage for the month. If you select manual postpay (or bill me), you will be invoiced for your usage during the month and pay after receiving your invoice.

  28. How can I pay when I sign up with G2G Telecom
    You can pay by cash, check, credit card or direct withdrawal from your bank account.  You can pay by cash or check at any authorized agent.

  29. What is a PICC fee?
    PICC (Pre-subscribed Interexchange Carrier Charges) are federally mandated charges that businesses must pay based on the number and types of phone lines that they have. These fees are designed to compensate the local telephone companies for the costs associated with providing "local loop" service. If a business has only one line, there is no PICC fee. Subsequent lines are billed at $3.75 per line per month. If you have Sentrek or Centrex system, PICC charges are $.53 per line. There are no PICC fees for residential phone lines, no matter how many you have. 

  30. What is the Universal Service Fund
    All telecommunications carriers are required to contribute to the Federal Universal Service Fund (also known as USF), which provides communications services to schools, rural health care facilities, and certain other entities. The Federal Universal Service Fee is assessed on interstate and international calls only. A USF of 8.7% will apply to all state-to-state & international calls.

    A "PIC Freeze" is a block your local phone company puts on your line, per your request, which protects you from being switched ("slammed") to another long distance carrier without your express consent.

  33. How long will it take to get my service switched?
    Once you sign up with G2G Telecom, you will be contacted by a 3rd party verification company within a few days.   You can start using your telephone within 5-7 business days.

  34. Why are your rates so low?
    We own the network to certain countries and can offer the lowest rate.   In other countries where we do not own a network, we have strategic partners   who provide us with the network.
